The Water Research and Development Center team won 3 best papers during the Annual Agency Pre In-House Review of the Isabela State University-Echague Cluster on October 20, 2022. Engr. Czarimah L. Singson presented the paper titled Integrated Flood and Sediment Management in River Basins for Sustainable Development: The Case of Cagayan River Basin under the technological category and won the 1st place best paper. Under the social category, Engr. Alvin John B. Felipe presented the paper titled Climate Change Intensifies Drought Vulnerability of River Basins and won 1st place best paper. Engr. Elmer A. Rosete presented the paper titled Development of Water Security Index in Cagayan River Basin and Magat Subbasin and won 3rd place best paper.

Furthermore, other staff from center also presented under the different categories.

  • Community Extension Training on Integrated Watershed Management was presented by Dr. Jennelyn L. Raymundo

The AIHR is one of the major activities of the Research, Development, Extension and Trainings of the Isabela State University (ISU) to effectively evaluate and monitor R&D activities. The Pre-Inhouse is conducted to prepare campus research for the University wide In-House Review.
